- We guarantee to provide an excellent product with a huge range of music and awesome sound quality to meet your party needs.
- We guarantee to deliver it on time, or let you know at least half an hour before delivery that we will be running late and what time to expect us.
- We guarantee the Best Value products for hire – If our advertised price looks to be more than that offered by a competitor then please ask us “what is included in your price?” so you can fairly compare our offer with others. We have much more to offer than just a great price.
- We guarantee to provide free 24 hour telephone service on the night of your hire in the unlikely event that anything should go wrong, and we will do all that is humanly possible to fix the problem or replace the equipment at no cost to you (this does not cover malicious or intentional damage to the equipment).
- We guarantee that if, through no fault of the hirer, the equipment breaks down and we can’t fix it or replace it on the night we will refund your money in full and offer another hire free of charge (subject to conditions – please ask).
- We guarantee to be courteous and helpful at every opportunity. We guarantee to do the best we can to help you have a great party.
